Determined to get better for my family💪🏾
Most probably just do physical therapy and call it a day. At that rate its going to take a long time to get back to normal. I feel stepping out of the comfort zone and pushing yourself to the max is the only way to speed up recovery. Everything hurts the hip but each day I feel a little stronger. I can't have my kids thinking dad is a chump and second, I cant have them faster than me😂

Regular cultural practices will lead to a healthy lawn. Using fertilizers helps is like feeding your body. It definitely helps but you also have to put in the work. Cutting once a week is not a healthy practice. I cut at least twice a week to not take off more than 1/3 of the grass blade so there is no stress on the lawn. It will keep your lawn healthy and green plus keep lawn fungus away.

Also watering for long periods of time less frequently opposed to short bursts of water everyday. Watering early morning once or twice a week for a long period so the water gets deep into the soil so your roots drive deeper. DON'T WATER AT NIGHT, IT CAN PROMOTE FUNGUS! Think of a wet towel after a shower. You dont hang it to dry and just throw it in the hamper, the next day it smells like mildew. Same goes for the lawn. Water at night, water sits on the lawn, you will bring on fungus. FOLLOW FOR MORE TIPS!
